How to solve the problem of feed pellet mill roller slippage?

1.      The distance between the two spindles of the feed pellet machine is too long, and the roller can’t press the material tightly during the running of process of pellet machine. Solution is to shorten the distance between the two shaft.

 

2.       Material moisture content is larger used to produce feed pellet, or too much tempering steam going into the pellet machine. Extra water lubrication is so obvious that it makes feed machinery, die roller slide. Solution is to reduce the flux of steam to pass, and make material moisture content reasonable.

 

3.       Installation of roller bearing is too tight, and occurs slipping phenomenon. Solution is to replace new roller.

 

4.       Ring die pellet machine is used for a long time, ring die and roller wear much.. Solution is also to replace new roller.
