Daily maintenance and prevention mainly
1. Frequently clean away residual material in the intracavitary of ring die
2. Fill lubricating oil on the two rollers eccentric shaft before production
3. Regularly check the gap between the rollers and ring die wall in normal state or not
4. Check the tightness of the triangle belt, and timely adjust.
5. Frequently clean dust and dirt of equipment appearance
When malfunction, timely maintenance
1. Starting up with no particles. Check the hole normal or not, If no usable hand electric drill hole. Notice water content of mixing materials, adjust the gap between ring die wall and the roller clearance
2. Low particles forming rate. Reason is the moisture content of material is too low, should improve the moisture content of powder material.
3. Rough particle surface. Add oil for material, for cyclic extrusion running-in, reaching the provisions
4. Too low capacity. If feed is insufficient, can promote feeder gate opening.If large gap between ring die wall and roller clearance, gap can be adjusted to about the 0.15 mm.
5. A sudden stop host. Check the fuse, clean the material in ring cavity, and reduce the feed rate accordingly. If material mixed with clutter inside, you should immediately stop to remove.
