1. Raw material delivery is not stable, the feeding speed should be adjusted;
2. Uneven feeding caused by wear of deflection scraper should be replaced with a new scraper;
3. Granule machine ring die and press roll old and new collocation, new ring die with new press roll;
4. The gap between the ring die and the press roll is not coordinated with the material produced, so adjust the gap between the press roll;
5. The reason of the press roll, the old and new press roll used together or the press roll wear and damage;
6. The formula used is difficult to granulate, so adjust the formula appropriately;
7. Steam supply is insufficient or pressure changes, check the steam pipeline and system pressure and pressure reducing valve is normal;
8. If there are sundries in the granulation bin, remove sundries in the granulation bin;
9. The main shaft bearing is worn or damaged and needs to be replaced.
(2) When the granulator is refueling, how to solve the operation method and easy failure of the grease block?
Answer: When refueling the granulator, the gas must be turned off before moving the grease block. First: when moving the grease block, it is inevitable to forget to turn off the gas. At this time, if you cannot move, please do not move hard, first turn off the gas source, and then move. Second; Sometimes after the occurrence of dead air, or can not move, it is necessary to remove the hexagon bolt in the middle of the grease block, separate the grease block and you can see that there are two O-rings in the middle, and then put the O-ring on, you can. Third: when the grease block is not facing the oil circuit, the grease block is connected due to high air pressure, so long as the hex bolt in the middle of the grease block can be removed.
(3) What is the unstable flow of granulator?
Answer: (1) Improper adjustment of the ring die clearance of the press roll;
(2) serious wear of the dividing knife, uneven dividing;
(3) semi-finished products or recycled materials contain coarse powder (grading screen damage phenomenon);
(4) Uneven mixing of raw materials, added liquid and steam;
(5) The transmission belt tightness is different.
